Once Again My ADHD Has Succeeded

Fuck… once again my brain has managed to screw me over. šŸ˜©

I had everything planned out perfectly for today. Seriously, the whole schedule was laid out in my head, neatly organized, like a beautiful puzzle ready to be put together. But, of course, ADHD had other plans. I got sidetracked… again. šŸ„ŗšŸ˜“

Tomorrow, I have work, so thereā€™s zero chance of hitting the library. And I have to print out my paperwork for school. With an exam next week, and me already in full-blown panic mode, thereā€™s no room for error. I need to pass. This isnā€™t just stressā€”it’s “my life is hanging in the balance” kind of stress. šŸ˜

I swear, I was laser-focused, ready to knock out my affiliate business tasks in one hour. Just one hour! But then… bam. My brain decided to derail me, and I got suckered straight into a distractionā€”right in my face. Before I knew it, I was down the rabbit hole, spiraling over the U.S. elections. Because, you know, why not obsess over things I canā€™t control?

I try to keep a positive mindset, but every time I read the news, this overwhelming sense of doom crashes over me. So there I was, getting all heated and leaving comments on Instagram. Me! Commenting! I never do that. Like, ever. But today, I had to go full-on highwire, panties in a twist, and wasted precious hours getting riled up over stuff that just leaves me feeling helpless. šŸ˜–

This struggle is real. Itā€™s not as easy as ā€œjust get it together.ā€ If youā€™ve been through this, if you get the madness that comes with an ADHD brain, please share your stories. Because unless you really understand, Iā€™d rather skip the advice, thanks.
